​BOOKING WITH A GIFT VOUCHER

When booking with a gift voucher, please select your treatment, include your voucher number in notes (if possible), and pay the deposit, which will be refunded to you on the appointment day. Thank you!

CANCELLATION POLICY​

- Cancellations less than 24 hours ('No shows’) will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  

- Rescheduling less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and you are unable to attend, please cancel 4 hours before your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

LATENESS POLICY

- We provide a grace period of 5 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive within this time frame, every effort will be made to accommodate your full service. However, if you arrive later than 5 minutes, your appointment may be shortened to fit into the remaining time or rescheduled, depending on the availability of our staff.
