Terms & Conditions

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time and still be charged at full price.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Out of respect to our team members and other clients, a fee will be applied for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

​

– Cancellations less than 24 hours ('No shows’) will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  

--- Rescheduling less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

--- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and you are unable to attend, please cancel 4 hours before your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, sadly we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We will confirm your appointment with you 48 hours in advance.

 

However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. We understand that life happens and sometimes things come up beyond your control. If this happens, please call us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment and waive the cancellation fee.

LATENESS POLICY

- We provide a grace period of 5 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive within this time frame, every effort will be made to accommodate your full service. However, if you arrive later than 5 minutes, your appointment may be shortened to fit into the remaining time or rescheduled, depending on the availability of our staff.

- If you are more than 5 minutes late your treatment may have to be downgraded.

- If you are more than 10 mins late and we cannot accommodate your booking, you forfeit your appointment and you will be charged 100% fee.

BOOKING WITH A GIFT VOUCHER

- When booking with a gift voucher, please select your treatment, include your voucher number (if you have), and pay the deposit, which will be refunded to you on the appointment day. Thank you!

GIFT VOUCHERS

Our gift vouchers are available for treatments and products, However cannot be used for Reiki healing massage.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.​

Our cancellation policy above also apply to gift vouchers.

Aura Organics Spa cannot accept liability for lost gift cards.

The responsibility of using the Gift Voucher prior to expiry lies with the recipient. No pre-expiry reminder will be sent from Aura Organics Spa. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be cancelled.

COURSES

All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking and completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.

DEPOSITS​

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.

SAFE PREGNANCY SPA TREATMENTS​

If you are pregnant it is recommended that you do not have any treatments within the first 12 weeks. Please also note as your pregnancy progresses your skin maybe extra sensitive. All treatments and procedures are carried out to the highest standard and comply with standards and guidelines. However very rarely, outcomes do not meet clients expectations. There are no guarantee to the outcome, it is at the clients own risk that that these treatments are performed. Results can vary on an individual basis.
